Small World Marketing ("we", "us", "our") operates smallworld.ca. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have. By using this site you agree to it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a contact, audit, consultation, homepage mockup, or client onboarding form, including a Meta instant lead form, we collect the fields you provide. These may include your name, email, phone number, business name, current website, and details about your request. Not every form asks for all of these fields. We use this information to respond to your request and deliver our services.
Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we collect standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is aggregate and not used to identify you personally.
How we use it

We do not sell, rent, trade, or license your personal information to anyone. We do not buy or sell leads, and we do not share contact information with affiliates or partners for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking tools
We use the following third-party tools, some of which set cookies:
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag — site analytics and measurement
- Google Ads — to measure and improve our advertising
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — on some advertising campaigns, to measure ad performance and show relevant ads
- MailerSend — to deliver form submissions to our inbox
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, and content delivery
- Crisp — live chat, if you choose to use it
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our client relationship system, where inquiries, consultation and homepage mockup requests, Meta instant-form submissions, and client onboarding details are managed
- Meta instant forms — collect the details you choose to submit through our Facebook and Instagram lead ads and deliver them to our connected lead-management services
- Hyros — a connected advertising measurement service that receives Meta lead-event notifications, including form and lead identifiers
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect some features.
Form submissions
Depending on the form, submissions are processed by our website and delivered to our inbox through MailerSend, or received through Meta's lead-form integration. Inquiries, consultation and homepage mockup requests, and onboarding details may be stored in our GoHighLevel CRM so we can respond, prepare the requested work, and track its progress. Meta may also send form and lead identifiers to connected measurement services such as Hyros. A homepage mockup request is used to prepare the mockup and follow up about that request; it does not subscribe you to SMS marketing. Sensitive personal or health information should not be submitted through our standard forms.
How we share information
We share personal information only with the service providers listed above, strictly to the extent needed for them to perform services for us, and where disclosure is required by law. These providers may not use your information for their own purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are subject to the additional restrictions described in the SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information section below.
SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
What we collect. If you give us your mobile number and check an SMS consent box on one of our forms, we collect your mobile number, your consent record (the date, time, page URL, and the exact wording of the checkbox you agreed to), and the content and delivery status of messages exchanged between you and Small World Marketing Inc.
How we use it. We use your mobile number only to send the categories of messages you consented to receive, to respond to you, and to keep proof of consent as required by carrier and regulatory rules.
Who we share it with. Your mobile number and SMS consent are shared only with the messaging platform and telecom providers strictly required to transmit your messages — currently HighLevel (our CRM and messaging platform) and its underlying carrier partners. These providers act as our service providers and are contractually prohibited from using your mobile information for their own marketing. We never share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile number or SMS consent with advertisers, data brokers, affiliates, or any other third party.
Analytics and advertising tools do not receive it. The analytics and advertising technologies described elsewhere in this policy — including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel — do not receive your mobile number or your SMS opt-in data. Those tools operate on website usage data only.
Opting out. You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by emailing admin@smallworld.ca. Opting out of text messages does not affect any other service you receive from us.
Retention. We retain your mobile number and consent record for as long as you remain opted in, and for a reasonable period afterward as proof that consent was properly obtained.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws, you may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
