SpaTru is a medical spa with locations across Langley, Abbotsford, and Maple Ridge, BC, offering CoolSculpting, laser hair removal, injectables, and skin treatments.

When we started there was no real SEO foundation to build on. Med-spa demand is intensely local and treatment-specific, someone wants CoolSculpting in Langley or laser hair removal in Abbotsford, and SpaTru was not showing up for any of it. We took on the whole picture: a page for every treatment in every city, the on-page and technical fixes, and the Google Business Profiles that win the map.

Search engine optimization

What we did

  2. On-page SEO. Rewrote titles, headings, and content to match the intent behind each treatment and location, and tightened internal linking across the site.
  3. Technical SEO. Cleared crawl errors and broken links, tightened internal linking, sped the site up, and added schema markup so search engines could read every page.
  4. Click-through optimization. Sharpened titles and meta descriptions so the listings already showing earned more of the clicks.
  5. Google Business Profile. Tuned the profiles, categories, and reviews that decide the local pack for high-intent treatment searches.

From a standing start, SpaTru now ranks across CoolSculpting, laser, and skin treatments in the Fraser Valley, and the treatment-and-city page structure keeps pulling in high-intent local searches.
