Manhas Health Co. runs integrated medical clinics across Coquitlam and New Westminster, offering family medicine, IV hydration, physiotherapy, and medical aesthetics under one roof.
When the partnership began the domain had essentially no SEO history: one referring domain, a domain rating of 0.2, and a couple of hundred organic visits a month. This wasn't an inherited equity play. It was a net-new authority build, sustained over more than four years, across a clinic group with dozens of practitioners and two service areas.

What we did
- Service and practitioner pages. Built deep pages for every service and individual practitioner, so the clinic ranked for hundreds of doctor-name and treatment searches at once.
- Backlinks and press. Earned authoritative links and press placements to build domain authority from the outside in.
- Citations and NAP. Standardised name, address, and phone listings across trusted directories so the business reads as one consistent entity.
- Google Business Profile. Ran geo-tagged content, photos, and posts across both clinic locations to defend the local pack and the calls it drives.
- Technical SEO. Cleared crawl errors and broken links, tightened internal linking, sped the site up, and added schema markup so search engines could read every page.
By the close of the engagement Manhas was earning roughly 2,021 organic visits a month — about nine times where it started — with 81 keywords ranking in the top three at peak.
