Just Like Family delivers in-home senior care across British Columbia and Vancouver Island, part of a larger national home-care brand, with offices serving communities from the Tri-Cities to Nanaimo.

Home care is chosen locally and chosen on trust: a family searches for care in their own city, often in an urgent moment, and picks a name nearby that feels safe. The challenge here was scale, eight separate service areas to rank at once, each with its own Google Business Profile, its own competitors, and its own searches. We took on the whole local-search picture across British Columbia and Vancouver Island: the service-and-city pages, the technical foundation, the eight profiles, and Meta ads to keep inquiries flowing.

  2. Eight Google Business Profiles. Manage and optimize eight profiles across Tri-Cities & Ridge Meadows, Delta, Langford & Westshore, Fraser Valley, Abbotsford, Richmond & Delta, West Vancouver, and Nanaimo, each tuned to win its local pack.
  3. Citations and NAP. Standardised name, address, and phone listings across trusted directories so the business reads as one consistent entity.
  4. Technical SEO. Cleared crawl errors and broken links, tightened internal linking, sped the site up, and added schema markup so search engines could read every page.
  5. Meta Ads. Ran paid social to reach families researching care and keep inquiries coming in while the organic rankings built.
