Client Success Manager — Local SEO Agency
Small World Marketing helps service businesses get found on Google, Google Maps, and AI search. We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to own client communication, retention, and account health.
What you’ll do
- Own day-to-day client email and follow-ups, with fast response on anything that signals risk
- Review monthly performance reports before they go out, and make sure they address what the client actually asked
- Monitor account health across the portfolio and flag flat or at-risk clients early
- Join retention and clarification calls when needed
- Identify natural opportunities to expand scope when it genuinely helps the client
- Give the founder a short weekly update on risks, wins, and asks
What we’re looking for
- Based in Canada, with strong written and spoken English
- 3+ years in client success, account management, or agency account work
- Enough SEO / local search fluency to discuss rankings, Maps, Search Console, and lead quality confidently
- Excellent attention to detail and judgment under pressure
- Comfortable using modern tools, including AI, as leverage — while still owning the final call
Details
- 35 hours/week, remote, overlap with Pacific Time
- Salary: CAD $70,000–$80,000
- Full-time employee role with a standard 3-month introductory period and a scheduled 90-day review
